HOW IT WORKS

Everything You Need to Know Before Booking

Here’s some useful information before you book your lesson.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us, we’d be happy to help.

In case of wet weather, your instructor will confirm location on the morning of your lesson.

Our cancellation policy does apply to wet weather conditions as we do conduct lessons in wet weather. If you would prefer not to have a lesson in wet weather, we recommend setting a back-up sheltered location at the time of booking. If you do not know your nearest sheltered location, please contact us and we would be glad to help you.

We set you up with a backup undercover location for your lesson in case of wet weather. If the weather is not looking good and you would prefer to re-arrange your lesson for another day just let us know with 48 hours-notice.

At the time of booking your lesson you will receive a lesson confirmation message including your instructors name and contact details for the day. If it is raining on the day of your lesson please contact your instructor for advice.

If you do not know your nearest undercover location, please contact us and we would be glad to help you.

You must give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked lesson. Failure to do so will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that lesson.

No problem! We can provide helmets, skateboards and pads, free of charge.

We have found an hour can be enough time to have a fun filled and technique packed lesson. However if you wish to extend the duration of your lesson, we would be more than happy to assist you!

Yes. Our instructors have expert knowledge of every aspect of Skateboarding, and we teach all level and abilities. Lessons are tailored to you, and allow you to focus on the techniques, tricks and styles that appeal most to you.

Be honest about your abilities. Do not attempt techniques that are too advanced for you, or that you have not been shown. This may well save you some embarrassment as well as an injury.

When you Skateboard, you learn how to avoid falling and gain the ability to recover from slips, trips and stumbles. This will help you prevent future injuries and is a valuable tool to have in life too.

We take your safety very seriously and take every step to ensure the safety and well-being of all students by providing full safety equipment for all free of charge. We want you to have fun and feel comfortable during your lessons, so we strongly advise all students to wear full safety equipment, including: helmet, elbow pads and knee pads at all times.

In your first lesson as a beginner Skateboarder, your instructor will take you through every aspect of finding your stance, learning about your board and safety, learning how to step on and off a board, pushing and turning. If there are specific skills, aspects and techniques you would like to focus in your lesson, your instructor is more than happy to do so.
